Syed Bistro Penang - Let's go BRIYANI~ 槟城印度香饭 @ Bandar Sunway Tunas, Bayan Lepas.

我顿时傻眼。。。这。。。这真的是我的吗？哈哈！原来他们的姜茶是奶茶加上一点的姜粉。我喝了2口就舍弃了。并非不好喝，只不过是太甜了点。 

I was dumbfounded... This... Is this mine? Haha! Then I only realized that their ginger tea is the amalgamation of milk tea and a hint of ginger powder. I downed 2 mouthful and abandoned it aside. It's not because of taste but it's just too sweet to my liking. 

这家Syed Bistro Penang的送餐速度很快。不到一会儿就送到了。

The serving speed of Syed Bistro Penang is fast. It was being served in awhile later.

为了呈现最好的比例给大家，本宫用了不一样的角度、视角拍给大家看！分量简直太多了！那堆Nasi Briyani仿佛像座山。本宫嘴巴与胃口都小巧玲珑，当然没法吃完咯！本宫点的是羊肉香饭。羊肉细嫩、入味。而且店家给的羊肉蛮多的。香饭很香、不会太辣（但同事们都觉得辣）、口感不会太干或硬。旁边有3种配料。白色的是印度奶酪，酸中带些甜味，解腻的好帮手；中间橙色的是他们的咖喱蛋，味道香浓且不呛鼻；右边的红色是他们腌渍的小菜，对我来说有点太甜了，但是搭配饭吃也是蛮好吃的。 

In order to show you all the best proportion, I used different angles to snap it for you guys! The portion is enormous! That heaping Nasi Briyani is like a mountain. My mouth and appetite are both dainty, it makes the total sense that I could not finish it! I ordered Mutton Briyani. The mutton is tender and full of flavour. They give quite an amount of mutton on this plate. The rice itself is fragrant, not too spicy (colleagues said it was spicy), it's not too dry or hard in texture. There are 3 types of side dishes aside. White one is Indian yogurt, a hint of sweetness from sourness, good for cutting greasiness; orange middle one is their curry hard boil egg, the taste is rich but not too pungent; red one on the right is their pickled side dish, it's too sweet to my liking, but it mixes well with the Briyani.

My colleague ordered this drumstick Nasi Briyani. Another ordered the chicken breast version and it was gigantic!!!

为了不浪费食物，我们4个人在开动前勺了自己吃不完的分量去另一个空盘中。变成了另一盘哈哈！

In order to prevent wastage, 4 of us scooped our extra portion that we were not able to finish onto another empty plate. It became another plate of Nasi Briyani. Haha!

Syed Bistro Penang有两层楼，当时我们因为人数多，所以被安排坐在楼上空调房。服务态度也非常良好。赞！大家不妨来Syed Bistro Penang尝尝呗！

Syed Bistro Penang is a two story eatery. We came in group so we were being directed to the aircon room upstairs. The service attitude is good. Jjang! U guys may have a try here!
