山長水遠地來到泰國曼谷最怕的就是沒吃到好吃的食物還不打緊，如果又被騙到昂貴又普普的餐廳吃，就真的想要把白眼翻到後腦勺了哈哈！不怕、不怕，今日本宮要與各位鄉親們分享的是CP值超高的泰國曼谷平民美食廣場——Platinum Food Centre。超方便的，因爲Platinum Food Centre樓下就是網上所說的泰國曼谷的五分埔（也叫水門市場百貨）——Platinum Fashion Mall（白金流行商城）。何謂‘水門市場’呢？‘水門’是泰國最大的批發集地，也在Platinum Fashion Mall的對面，所以大家就索性把它稱爲水門市場百貨了。是個很多遊客、部落客都推薦的購物血拼商區。

The most scariest thing of travelling from afar to Bangkok Thailand is not when you do not manage to eat yummy food, but when you are being cheated and brought to a high-end yet so-so restaurant. That's the time we'll feel like rolling our eyes to the back haha! It's okay, today I'm gonna show you all a super worthy Bangkok Thailand local food court ——Platinum Food Centre. Super convenient, coz Platinum Fashion Mall, a shopping centre is just located at the downstairs of Platinum Food Centre. The opposite of Platinum Fashion Mall has gathered lots of wholesaler. This shopping area is recommended by a long list of travellers and bloggers.

=怎麽去泰國平民美食廣場Platinum Food Centre★曼谷五分埔 Platinum Fashion Mall？=

其實，這個地段有蠻多個非常火紅的景點如：四面佛、Central World、Big C Supermarket百貨市場等。不建議搭計程車，因爲那裏是很塞車的地段。所以，我們是坐曼谷捷運BTS在Chit Lom站下車，沿著天橋往Central World的方向，走路大約15分鐘就能抵達泰國平民美食廣場Platinum Food Centre★曼谷五分埔 Platinum Fashion Mall啦！其實如果你走快的話，10分鐘内就能到。當時因爲與父母同行，所以。。。哈哈~
=How to get there?=
Actually, many spots of attraction are located in this area like Erawan Shrine, Central World, Big C Supermarket百貨市場 etc. Not recommending to go by cab or taxi as it'd be very traffic-jam. So, we go there by Bangkok BTS to Chit Lom Station, walk through the pedestrian bridge to the direction of Central World, it takes about 15 mins of walking distance to get there at Platinum Food Centre★Platinum Fashion Mall! If you're a Marathon participant, you may get there in 10 mins. As we went there with our parents, so... Haha~
這商城有3個zone。我們逛的是Zone2。B到5樓是曼谷五分埔 Platinum Fashion Mall；6樓則是美食廣場Platinum Food Centre（Zone 3樓上是Novetel Bangkok Platinum酒店）。我們當然是往6樓的方向走先咯~肚子餓嘛！而且剛逛完Big C Supermarket百貨市場~
This mall has 3 zones. We shopped in Zone 2.  Platinum Fashion Mall is from B floor to 5th floor; 6th floor is the Platinum Food Centre (Novetel Bangkok Platinum hotel is at the upstairs of Zone 3). We of course went to the 6th floor first as we were so starving!!! Plus, we just shopped in Big C Supermarket百貨市場~

我很喜歡泰國曼谷的文化之一就是通常在美食廣場交易買食物都不用現金。大家都用固本卡。所以本宮給的建議、攻略就是一到，一部分的人就趕緊找位子、霸位；一人的話，就拿不值錢的東西（泰國朋友建議用水罐或書本）神速丟在桌子上。哈哈！過後，才來買固本卡。買食物，只需刷一刷固本卡就行了~
One of the culture in Bangkok Thailand that I like is they normally conduct business without involving cash on the spot. Everyone is using coupon card. The hacks or suggestions I could give you is once you reach, a portion of people has to quickly book seats; if you are a solo, you may speed-throwing some not important stuffs (my Thai friend recommended to utilize water tumbler or books) on the table. Haha! Then only proceed to buy the coupon card. When you wanna purchase food, you only have to scan the coupon card~

人山人海~當時是下午2點鐘。很多道地的泰國人和外國人。我還記得我另外換了100baht（馬幣10令吉），結果沒有用到。但是大家記得拿固本卡換取回現金哦~哈哈！不然就拿固本卡當紀念品咯~
People mountain people sea~ It was 2pm and crowded by many locals and foreigners. I still remember I did extra change another 100 baht (RM10) but did not use it. Please do remember to exchange your cash back ya~ Haha! Or else you gotta console yourself and deem this coupon card as some sort of souvenir~

泰式青木瓜沙拉Thai Green Papaya Salad Som Tam（55baht \ RM5.5）

來到泰國，別告訴我你沒有吃過泰式青木瓜沙拉~哈哈！簡直是必點美食之一呀！附有嚼勁口感、酸味帶點甜的味道點醒了你的味蕾。本宮很喜歡吃它的江魚仔和花生粒，因爲很香脆又有得咀嚼哈哈！橙色一大圈的就是炸豬皮，也很好吃，可是有點高卡路里~發覺泰國人都很喜歡吃炸豬皮也，他們都會另外多買單點的炸豬皮（10baht \ RM1），加進泰式沙拉哦！
Don't tell me you'd never tried Thai green papaya salad before if you'd travelled to Thailand! Haha! This is seriously a MUST-EAT! Full of crunchiness, a hint of sweetness from sourness that awakes your taste buds. I super in love with their anchovies and peanuts, coz they are fragrant, crunchy and full of textures haha! The big orange rings are fried pork skin, yummy too but it's slightly high calories~ I found out that Thai really fond of eating fried pig skin, they even additionally buy the ala carte fried pork skin（10baht \ RM1）and add in their Thai salad!

都不知道要怎麽形容他們的表情也~ 一個裝醒神、一個呆滯。。。哈哈！
I'm not sure on how to describe their facial expressions~ One pretends to be awaken, another one is sluggish... Haha!

泰式酸辣湯‘冬陰功’ Thai Tom Yum Goong Spicy Sour Soup（110 baht \ RM11）

大家應該都有吃過冬陰功吧？哈哈！只是這是我第一次在泰國吃到道地的泰國冬陰功！超開薰的！雖説這一碗有點兒小貴，但是很值得！！！這是我在曼谷吃到最難以忘懷的冬陰功！而且分量十足，裏頭有3、4尾大蝦也~它們選用的是嚼勁十足的冬粉；湯頭酸酸地，但被椰漿綜合變得有點兒小甜地；蝦也非常地新鮮、脆口。讚！！！我改次也必定會再吃它！！！
I believe that everyone has tasted Tom Yum Goong before right? Haha! It was just my first time trying the real local Tom Yum Goong in Thailand! Super happy! Although the price of this bowl is quite high, but it's so worthy!!! This is the most memorable Tom Yum Goong I had ever tried! Plus, the portion is huge, it has 3-4 shrimps in there~ They use chewy glass noodle; the soup base carries sourness but slightly being sweetened by the the coconut milk; the shrimps are super fresh and crunchy too. Jjang!!! I'll definitely eat it again!!!

這泰國小姐非常好笑，她看到我要拍照，就立馬對著鏡頭擺pose，哈哈！很親切。但她是唯一一個我覺得親切的~
This Thai lady is so funny as she stroke a pose when she saw me taking pictures, haha! Super friendly. But sadly, she was the only one shows the spirit of kindness~

泰式滷豬腳飯Stewed Pork Leg with rice （60 baht \ RM6）

嗯。。。很不好意思~你所看見的已被摧毀了~而且上面鋪滿了我爹在Big C Supermarket購買的豬腳。。。哈哈！可是，我覺得他們泰國的滷豬腳飯都大同小異啦~我只喜歡那白飯。。。如果您想看完整版，請守住我的頻道哦！會上傳Vlog謝謝！
Enn... I'm so sorry~ What you see now is the scene of post-destroying~ And it's being smothered by the pork knuckles bought by my dad from Big C Supermarket... Haha! 泰式豬血冬粉湯Pork Noodle in Pig's Blood Soup （55 baht \ RM5.5）

這一道是我家老三的最愛，幾乎每天吃都不膩。它的湯頭很特別，看起來黑黑的很恐怖，但味道有點兒甜甜的。我真的很喜歡吃冬粉，而且相對于面來説也比較低卡。裏面有魚丸、豬内臟類的食品。蠻好吃的，但我個人還是比較愛冬陰功~
This is my 3rd sis' fav, she could eat it everyday err day. The soup is quite special, looks blacky and scary but the taste is a little bit sweet. I really like to eat glass noodles, plus it's lower in calories. It also has fish balls, pig's internal organs. Quite yummy, but I prefer Tom Yum Goong~

等食物時拍的~ 啊！忘了跟各位講，這裡都是自助式的，要自己捧食物哦~

那一層也有很多加國際連鎖食品攤，如雪冰Sulbing等。附近也有賣飾品、紀念品、零食的店面哦~
Within the same floor, it also has plenty of the international food chains like Sulbing. Some accessory, souvenir, snack shops are just adjacent to it~

吃飽飽，是時候血拼了~我們就逛了樓下的曼谷五分埔 Platinum Fashion Mall。很不好意思，本宮真的一張照片也沒有拍到也。。。但是可以與各位分享我的誠實分析，到底曼谷五分埔 Platinum Fashion Mall賣的衣服便不便宜。它有很多批發的店，比較適合批發商啦~老實說~那裏很多拉著一大箱行李箱的人哦~蠻擠的。我看到很美的衣服，零售價都偏高。結果，我買的都是那種10 baht（10令吉）吊在外面的那種，很幸運，都是蠻水水的哈哈！！！也買了蠻多衣服的啦，可是要厲害殺價咯~很多時候，我也和三姐、三姐夫、爸爸一起買，所以才有便宜。所以，我覺得Chatuchak夜市的比較值得！下次我會做個泰國瘋狂購物的開箱影片，敬請期待！！！
After filling up our tummy, it was time to shop~ We shopped downstairs at Platinum Fashion Mall. I have to apologize that I did not manage to take a single pic of it... But I can share you my honest and humble analysis on whether the clothes from Platinum Fashion Mall are cheap. It has lots of wholesale stores, more suitable for wholesalers in actuality~ You will encounter many people dragging their huge luggage~ Quite crowded. I did see lots of beautiful clothes but higher in retail price. At the end, I only bought those 10 baht（RM10）clothes which being hung outside the shops. Luckily, they are all pretty haha!!! I also bought a lot of clothes, but you have to master in negotiating the prices~ I bought together with sis, bro-in-law and dad so that we could get a cheaper price. Hence, I think that Chatuchak night market is more worth to go! I'll upload a Thailand haul video, so stay tuned for that!
