哈咯！各位鄉親，又是本宮哈韓的時間咯！去韓國首爾的第一餐竟是中式料理？這是每個人都會問我的問題。哈哈！因爲行程啦，中國城（又名中華街）位于仁川，我們前幾天又住在仁川，所以不就去咯！哈哈！而且Running Man有去過中國城叻！那里又有松月洞童話村，幸運的話可能還會遇到‘單身’的歐巴哦！不知你們喜不喜歡吃韓國的糖醋肉+炸醬麵？我非常喜歡吃炸醬麵，但是沒有試過糖醋肉。每次都看到韓劇裡男女主角都很愛吃糖醋肉+炸醬麵組合，來到韓國，當然不能錯過啦！

Hello! Everybody, it's my K time again! Eating Chinese cuisine as the first meal in Seoul, Korea? I always get this question from people around me. Haha! Because of the itinerary, Chinatown in Korea is situated in In-Cheon, coincidentally we stayed there on the first few days, that's why! Haha! Plus, Running Man went to Chinatown before too! There has the Songwol-dong Fairy Tale Village too, if get lucky, you'd have the chance to encounter the SINGLE Oppa! Not sure whether you like to eat Korean Sweet & Sour Pork (Tangsuyuk)+ Jajangmyun (Noodles in Black Bean Sauce)? For me, I really like to eat Jajangmyun, but I'd never tried Tangsuyuk before. Always seeing those actors and actresses in Korean Dramas in love with eating the combination of Tangsuyuk + Jajangmyun. Of course, we shouldn't miss this out while visiting to Korea!

怎麽去？HOW to go?

搭地鐵到仁川站就行了~中國城就在正對面~
Take the subway to Incheon station will do~ The Chinatown will be on the opposite side~

如果我的記憶力沒有背叛我，仁川地鐵站是最後一站。當然要上厠所先咯！就在出站后的右手邊。
If my memory ability doesn't betray me, Incheon station seems to be the last station of that route. Of course, you have to go to the toilet first! It will be on your right hand side once you step out from the station.

一看到溢滿著濃濃的中國、臺灣味的中國城，我們就忍不住拍了很多照片~
Once we saw the Chinatown which brims the vibes of China and Taiwan, we couldn't help from taking a lot of photos~

過馬路后，就會來到這裡。。。
After crossing a road, you'll be reaching here...

你就會發覺，嗯。。。怎麽每間賣的東西都一樣啊？糖醋肉+炸醬麵+類似炭烤的麵包。店家外頭也會貼滿了有明星、節目採訪的證據哈哈~
You'll be like, ennnn... Why do all of the shops sell the same things? Tangsuyuk+Jajangmyun+charcoal grilled buns. All shops are full with those evidences of celebrities' or variety shows' visits and interviews haha~

本宮的策略就是物色那種很多韓國人在里面用餐的點，然後進去就對了哈哈！幸好我們找到了這家，非常好吃！大多數的店家都會聘請中國人或會說華語的韓國人，所以點餐方面很方便。但是，有潛規則——如果點套餐，就不能點單點；反過來也一樣。真是文化衝擊！

My tactic is to aim for those restaurants with many local Koreans eaters, then you wouldn't go wrong by just going in haha! Fortunately, we found this restaurant that serves delicious food! It's quite convenient when it comes to ordering as the majority of the restaurants will employ Chinese or Korean with Chinese capability. But, the unspoken rule here is, if you order set meal, then you're not allowed to order ala carte one; vice versa. Really a culture shock!

也有很多家店面外頭站著許多像黑色會的人，呼喚你進他們的店。所以，萬事小心哦！
There are plenty of restaurants with gangstas-alike people standing outside and welcoming or better describe it as 'asking' you to go in. Hence, please be aware!

小菜——2种腌製白蘿蔔，一種是黃的，口感很好，脆脆的；另外一種是像泡菜的味道的。
Side dishes - 2 types of pickled radish. The yellow one comes with crunchy textures; another one tastes like the normal kimchi.

當然少不了我最想嘗的糖醋肉咯！其實是很大份的，適宜3-5人分著吃。我有嘗了一口不粘醬汁的原味，有點兒胡椒粉的味道、不會油膩、外皮酥脆、肉質不硬。它的醬汁甜甜的，帶點兒酸，質感濃稠（代表澱粉高，會肥！！！）。上面那些點綴的菜，就不必補充啦！真的很好吃，咬下去卡磁卡磁的，爽呀！減肥，字典裏有這詞嗎？
Couldn't miss out my all-time desire - Tangsukyuk for sure! Actually the portion is gigantic, suitable for 3-5 people to share. I'd tasted the original one without any sauce, kinda tasted like pepper, not very greasy, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. Its sauce is sweet with a hint of sourness and the consistency is thick (meaning that the carbs is high, very fat!!!). I think we can just skip that vege embellishment on top! Honestly yummy, crunchy at bites, SYIOK! DIET, does it exist in the dictionary?

炸醬麵。相信大家都吃過包裝即食版吧~但是即食面版的面根本跟普通的即食面沒兩樣。我第一次來韓國的時候沒有嘗到。這次嘗后，覺得僥幸沒有錯過！店家的麵條像烏冬面的口感，QQ的。上面的肉醬不單單有肉的味道，還有一種很特別、難以形容的香氣。帶點兒酸呢。整體就是滿分就對了！份量很大，這才一人份也！看到別桌的韓國人都一人吃完一碗也！哈哈！食量真大！
Jajangmyun. I believe everyone had tried the instant jajangmyun before right~ However, the noodle of the instant jajangmyun version is the same with the normal instant noodle. I didn't try it on my first trip to Korea. It felt like a great FORTUNE to not miss this out after I tried it this time! The noodle tastes like udon texture, very springy. The meat sauce on top is not just carrying the meat smell, the smell is special and indescribable. I only can tell you that it tastes a bit sour haha but in a good way. Overall, this is 10 out of 10! The portion is huge, this is only for 1 pax you know?! I saw those Koreans from other tables finished it individually haha! What a HUGE appetite!

可能你會問：“你們5人才點2樣？”。是的，因爲糖醋肉是3-5人份，算是合理吧~但是阿珠瑪有用懷疑的眼神看著我們，覺得我們太小鳥胃了！哈哈！
Maybe you'll ask, "Why did 5 of you only ordered 2 items?". Yes, coz that tangsuyuk is for 3-5 pax, quite reasonable right? But that ajumma did use her suspicious squint towards us, thought that we were having such small appetites! Haha!

這是附送的，餐后甜點。甜炸番薯。外頭裹著粘粘的糖霜。很香，但是吃下去，本宮就被KO了！哈哈！實在太飽了！
This is the complimentary dessert after meal. Fried sweet potato wedges with sticky icing. So fragrant, but once noshed it down, I was being KO and defeated! Haha! I was freaking full!

There were many Korea or foreign pretty girls taking pics with their best friends. Besides, there was a lot of Korean couples dating here in their couple outfits too.
