Manzoku? What does it mean? Manzoku means 'satisfaction'. Manzoku's concept is like MCD and KFC, those fast food chains, but Manzoku focuses on Japanese Fusion. Almost every item from Manzoku has a hint of Japanese flavour like tonkatsu rice burger and mentaiko pasta. There could be categorized by 3 varieties including burger, spaghetti and rice. It was quite fun to have dined at Manzoku as nobody would rush you to order since everything is self-service. Manzoku is nearby my office which means... we have another good spot for lunch! Yummy + Fast = Manzoku
I was sending a Manzoku related link to Phoebe that night before and we'd decided to go there for an impromptu lunch the next day.
Manzoku is black at the outside and even inside. All Black. We almost missed it as we supposed that it was a salon. Haha!
You'll just have to stand aside and look at their menu behind the counter, ready, then make order, pay the bill and get your receipt with numbers. I suggest to enjoy your dining experience at the second floor as the ground floor is quite noisy around with people pass by and make order haha~ The upstair has the number machine (?? Don't know what it's called haha) too so you won't miss out your number.
Actually the food serving is quite fast one, but since we made our order together so they have to gather all 4 items only showing our number.

It was really new and interesting as at a second, I thought I was in MCD haha~ Food here in Manzoku is being served in covered paper box and container.
You can also upgrade it to set which includes fries and drinks. However, all of us prioritize on diet as always, hence we opt for ala carte.

Manzo Burger (RM13)
We ordered 2 of this to share. For me, the bun is soft and carries the buttery smell. Heard that the pork patty is homemade with only pork meat without those lards so it makes it easier to bite. The whole combination tastes good and my friends like it a lot. If you're a bacon fan, you should just order this one haha. I gave mine to Phoebe coz I don't really like bacon haha! For me, the pork patty is a little bit salty to my liking.

Goruden Chicken Burger (RM13)
Goruden means 'golden' and obviously it's used to describe its salty egg sauce. I like this the most coz I like salty egg a lot! It won't be too salty or heavy for me. However, CaiYao said that she preferred the Manzo Burger coz this salty egg is way to heavy for her haha~ They use chicken katsu in this burger. Not sure whether it was because of the covered box served initially which made the crust kinda soggy. But I'll definitely order this again the next time.

Mentaiko Spaghetti (RM16)
I was hesitating to whether order this one coz I'm afraid of not al dente pasta haha~ But Manzoku didn't disappoint me! The mentaiko sauce is really yummy. Moderate in creaminess. Even Phoebe and Caiyao scooped and downed the sauce until the container became very clean. The only thing I wish for is that maybe their spaghetti could be more al dente. :)
My lunch mates aka ‘延禧宫略’ in our office~ Recently, all of us are being intoxicated by this hit Chinese drama and we live as if our office is the old and scary China's palace haha~
