好的！這是上回去泰國曼谷自由行的第一篇文章。你一定很好奇這個陳真善美蓋麻介紹大家去泰國🇹🇭曼谷吃韓國🇰🇷傳統甜點吧？對啦！你跟著本宮絕對沒錯啦！哈哈！因為馬來西亞和台灣還沒有這連鎖品牌喔！每當我們想到吃韓國雪冰或刨冰都只會聯想到’咖啡陪你’Caffe Bene，對吧？但其實在韓國人眼裡這家雪冰Sulbing才是最正中的、也是第一家開始賣這雪冰的品牌。
Alright! This is the first post of my last budget trip to Bangkok, Thailand. I bet your curiosity will have you asking why this Wonder Queen recommends everyone to have Korean traditional dessert in Bangkok, Thailand right? Yupe! You'll never be wrong if you follow my footsteps! Haha! The underlying reason is till now, this retail chain store hasn't expanded into Malaysia and Taiwan yet! Whenever we think of Korean sorbet, most of us will only relate to Caffe Bene, right? But this is the only original Sulbing in the bottom of Korean's hearts; it's also the first one who began to sell this sulbing aka sorbet.

其實在泰國，到處都能找到這雪冰Sulbing。相信去哪一間也會跟本宮吃到一樣好吃的。本宮去的是這家於Siam Square Soi 2的分店。當時真的找到差不多要放棄了。因為收到邀約到這分店品嘗，所以我們即使’雞同鴨講’也要找到這間。期間，我真的很想放棄，但是因為已經答應雪冰Sulbing了，所以就到處問路咯！哈哈！結論是，記得找年輕會打扮的人問路，啊不然叻，他們就會說’No English’。
雪冰Sulbing有問我有什麼特別想嘗試的，我就說你們做主意吧！
You can find this Sulbing almost everywhere in Thailand. I believe you'll get to taste the same yummy food as I tasted in whichever branches. I went to this branch located at Siam Square Soi 2. I was literally nearly giving up in searching for its direction. Since we'd received the invitation to review at this branch, so come hell or high water, we'd to reach there. Meanwhile, I really wanted to just give it up, but I'd sealed my promise with Sulbing, so I have to ask around for the direction. Haha! My conclusion is, remember to ask direction from those youngsters who know fashion, or else, they'll just reply 'No English'.

焦糖香蕉烤土司｜Salted Caramel Banana Toast (找不到價錢 I can't find the price)
有去過泰國的朋友應該都吃過Afteryou的吐司吧！本宮上一回也有吃喔！但是覺得雪冰Sulbing的會更勝一籌。因為雪冰Sulbing的吐司外層香脆、裡頭滲透著濃濃的奶油香氣、重點是不會讓你油膩、噁心。因為Afteryou的吐司比較油膩，吃了好像會增10磅的感覺呢。上面的香草🌿雪糕也不會太死甜。抹上一些雪糕在吐司上，他們冷熱相容地融化在嘴裡，實在爽呀！

Coz Sulbing's toast is crunchy on the outside while inside carries a concentrated scent of butter, the focal point here is it won't make you feel nauseous or greasy at all. On the other hand, the toast from Afteryou is tend to a greasy path, you'll shortly feel like you'd gained 10 pounds on your body after consuming it. The vanilla ice cream scoop on top is light and moderate in sweetness too. Spread a little of ice cream on the toast, they will blend between hot and cold in your mouth, SYIOK nya (feeling awesome)!

雪冰Sulbing的綿綿冰或冰沙的口感很滑、不會感覺到有一塊塊的冰粒。在泰國十分適合喝這來消暑、也不會太甜。
Sulbing's smoothie is smooth in texture and you won't taste any ice grain. It's really suitable to use this beverage to cool down your temperature in Thailand, plus, it's not too sweet in taste.

這就是雪冰Sulbing當時的重頭戲啦！很適合美眉點來拍照喔！很巨大一個，可供3-5人分享。整體設計很精緻、可愛。上面是一半哈密瓜🍈，裡頭呢則是用哈密瓜做的雪冰。當時他們沒有給我們刀，加上我們又懶惰下樓拿，所以索性用現有的湯匙使命地亂挖開啦！哈哈！裡面的冰沙很清爽、好吃過Caffe Bene的，但是還是Afteryou的更綿密喔！看到拿紅紅的嗎？那是草莓🍓。你一定會覺得這也不是很特別對吧？！其實裡面還有很多小塊的起司🧀️蛋糕🍰喔！所以，吃起來很有層次感，甜酸鹹一同融入在嘴裡。

However, I still think that Afteryou's one tastes much more silky. Can you see the reddish ones? That's strawberry. You must have thought this is not that special, right?! Actually, there are a lot of cheesecake pieces in there! Hence, it enhances the textures with an amalgamation of sweetness, sourness and saltiness melting inside your mouth.

雪冰Sulbing裡的設計是以大地色系為主，創辦人希望能讓大家覺得舒服、像在家裡一樣。很多泰國年輕人都很喜歡到雪冰Sulbing來納涼、慶祝🎁生日等。店裡還有五顏六色的假花圍繞著，讓普通的一張照片，頓時充滿色彩。
